Who I work with

I work with children (8+), teens, young adults, and adults who often appear to be "holding it all together" on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.

Many of my clients have spent years adapting to environments that asked them to shrink, mask, overachieve, or survive. Therapy becomes a space where they no longer have to carry that burden alone.


Children (8+)

I support children who may be experiencing:

  • Anxiety, worries, or perfectionism

  • Big emotions and difficulty with emotional regulation

  • ADHD and other neurodivergent experiences

  • Low self-esteem or social challenges

  • Sensory overwhelm

Using developmentally appropriate therapy, creativity, art, play-based interventions, and nervous system-informed strategies, I help children better understand their emotions, build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and feel safe being themselves.



Teens & Youth

Adolescence can feel overwhelming—especially when you're trying to figure out who you are while managing expectations from school, family, culture, and social media.

I work with teens navigating:
