Who I work with
I work with children (8+), teens, young adults, and adults who often appear to be "holding it all together" on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.
Many of my clients have spent years adapting to environments that asked them to shrink, mask, overachieve, or survive. Therapy becomes a space where they no longer have to carry that burden alone.
Children (8+)
