Her approach blends neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and creative expression to make wellness practical, embodied, and accessible.

Each experience is interactive and tailored to the audience. Participants will leave feeling grounded while having been supported in build emotional awareness, regulation, and creative tools they can integrate into everyday life.
