Meet The Team
As a child I always wanted to help people and support them in their healing journey. I was born with cerebral palsy, although very mild this came with many challenges early in life. As I grew older and entered high school I navigated my own anxiety and struggled to find a place where I felt safe. I never felt like I could fit in, with my anxiety, with CP and while being the child of immigrant parents. This left me feeling isolated and I ended up internalizing a lot of my emotions as a teen and early adult.
Starting university, I had a deep passion for neuroscience and understanding the brain. Through my educational journey, I started to develop an even deeper passion for wellness. This led me to want to create an unique approach to therapy that is based in neuroscience and creativity. I believe that everyone is unique in their own way, meaning that therapy needs to be unique to each individual.
I work with a variety of highly motivated clients who are navigating anxiety, burnout, navigating perfectionism, people pleasing, life transitions or anyone who wants to unravel who their authentic selves are. I believe you deserve the life you imagine for yourself.
You’re not alone. And more importantly, there’s a way forward & support forward.
