Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy

We specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autistic traits.

Many of my clients have spent years masking, feeling misunderstood, or believing they were "too much" or "not enough." Therapy is not about changing who you are—it is about understanding how your brain works, reducing shame, supporting emotional regulation, and finding strategies that work for you rather than against you.

My approach is strengths-based, neuroaffirming, and recognizes that many struggles arise from navigating systems that were never designed with neurodivergent minds in mind.

BIPOC & Trauma-Informed Care

As a BIPOC therapist, I recognize that mental health does not exist in isolation. Our experiences are shaped by culture, family, identity, migration, intergenerational trauma, systemic oppression, and the communities we belong to.

Whether you're navigating cultural expectations, code-switching, generational patterns, racial stress, or the complexities of holding multiple identities, therapy offers a space where every part of you is welcome.

Together, we work with curiosity, compassion, and cultural humility—without asking you to leave pieces of your identity at the door.

Creativity

An approach to mental health and well-being that takes into account the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. It recognizes that individuals are complex beings with unique experiences, emotions, and beliefs that influence their overall well-being.

Holistic Psychotherapy

A modern approach to wellness

As a holistic psychotherapist, I believe healing happens when we consider the full picture of your experience. I integrate cultural awareness into every step of the journey. Your unique experiences, values, and identities matter deeply, and together we’ll explore wellness in a way that honors your story. Through a holistic lens, we’ll uncover:

Mind: Unpacking the thought patterns shaped by societal, familial, or cultural expectations that may be keeping you stuck in cycles of perfectionism and burnout.

Body: Understanding how stress and trauma manifest physically, while considering how cultural norms or systemic pressures might affect your relationship with your body—and learning tools to reconnect with its wisdom.

Heart: Reclaiming your sense of worthiness and setting boundaries that not only honor your needs but also respect your cultural and personal values.

Spirit: Tapping into what truly matters to you, whether it’s rooted in faith, tradition, creativity, or self-expression, and cultivating a life aligned with your core beliefs and aspirations.

Wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s a deeply personal journey shaped by who you are and where you come from. My goal is to hold a space that feels safe, inclusive, and empowering for you to explore it.
