My name is Anjali Prajapati (she/her), an artist, lover of food, Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with a deep passion for wellness & founder of Shakti Psychotherapy & Wellness. 

I care deeply about our clients and support them in feeling safe, heard, seen & accepted. As a holistic psychotherapist I take a modern yet science based approach to therapy. This means creating a deep-human to human connection while wrapping in components of neuroscience and mind, body soul work. We work at your pace to move towards your goals, and where you want to be. I see each individual as a WHOLE-being.
